its a fake windows security thing, ive looked it up and found out it was fake. brings up spyware dectected, ive tried so many software that says will remove trojans/ spyware but its not working, whats a really excellent one i can try, a free one? im paying for one only to then learn ive wasted my money because its crap. help delight

First off, Which fake XP Security is it?? There is a lot of them.
Download the
HijackThis

Then the Malwarebytes

Then go to Online Tech Guys with your HijackThis log. They can Help.

it is probably nagware from something you have installed recently
what programs/ searchbars /download helpers or other new software have you downloaded?
go find revo uninstaller it is free and safe and use it to uninstall any software that may be suspect, read the directions how to use it, it will find all instances and any left over scraps and will allow you to get rid of them
superantispyware do a google to find it, I know it sounds like a cheesy name but it is a fantastic program that will find tracking cookies/ spyware/ malware etc it is very simple to use and best of all its free
