No your computer will not get any quicker when you just install McAfee and get rid of the other ( necessary ) anti spyware programs.
You have 3 different anti spyware programs. You may possibly uninstall one, not to make your computer quicker, but 2 programs is fantastic, but you do not really need 3. Up to you, it is not a must, but a proposition I make

Normally, they say that no one antivirus software can catch everything. So if I were you, I’d find a free one of the web somewhere that possibly catch other virus. I’d recommend Malwarebytes’ Anti-Malware and SUPERAntiSpyware. Go to the websites and get the free version. You only need to use them when you need them.
