The spyware ad states the only way to get rid of the problem is to hold their software. I downloaded “Trojan Removal”, “Trojan Killer”, and an anti-spyware from C/Net. But, this did not fix the problem.

Download HiJackThis! from http://download.hijackthis.eu/HJTInstall.exe then upload the log file to http://www.hijackthis.de/en and to http://hjt.networktechs.com/ it should tell you which files you need to get rid of.

use avast antivirus it is free and anti trojan and bla bla
after installing it , update the virus database then select schedule boot scan it will reboot and then do the scanning
it will remove all trojan horses and viruses you name it ….
i really like the Avast antivirus home journal
also you can use glary utilities for scanning your system this is another excellent sw for doing that job.

ill keep it simple,

install, run it and poof, ur distress is gone
