Get Malwarebyte Anti-malware, Spybot search and end, and Ad-ware and scan them all

Its a Rogue anti-virus that trys to scare you into buying it, (DON’T) remove it by malwarebytes free journal, download it, rename it and run your scans.
It is a virus, run this:

Make sure they are both updated, and don’t run them at the same time.

It is a virus, and you will need a REAL anti-virus to get rid of it.
A excellent clean-up program is Malware Bytes Anti-malware from http://malwarebytes.org (free version is fine)
Then get a excellent anti-virus. For a free home-use AV, I recommend Avast from http://avast.com look for the free version on their download page.
A better AV is NOD32 from http://eset.com but it’s not free
